Intruder Alarm – Residential

Our customer contacted us for a quick installation as they were due to be going on holiday in 2 days and there had been a few crime incidents in their area.

We visited their home and quoted for a wireless smart intruder alarm with smartphone control, and then installed it the very next day, within a few hours.  

CCTV – Residential

Our client wanted a full wired IP CCTV system using top quality 4K cameras but was concerned about cables being on show in his luxury property. As we have vast experience within lots of properties, we were able to install 6 cameras all around the property with NO cables on show.

We even installed a large television on the wall in his office and a touch screen tablet for a quick view in his kitchen. He was delighted with the quality of the camera system and amazed that not a single cable could be seen.  

Access control in Solihull and the surrounding area 

Our client was concerned about who was walking in and out of reception in their office block which accommodated several businesses. We installed access control on 3 doors, with individuals having to present a valid proximity card to gain access.

We set up the system so the building manager could program and issue cards accordingly and provided full training and support so they could always monitor who was in the building.  

Intruder Alarm Systems within Solihull and the local area 

We installed a full wired intruder alarm system across two industrial units, setting up the alarm so it was on the same system but zoned individually, so the second unit could be rented to another business. 

Keypads were installed in both units, two areas were created on the alarm system, and we linked the alarm to the customer’s smartphone so they could log in check the history log and arm/ disarm the relevant areas. 

CCTV installation in Solihull

We installed a 12 camera CCTV system to monitor health and safety, employee welfare, and for crime prevention to a large site in Aston that wanted to monitor their asbestos skips.

We installed a mixture of fixed lens cameras and PTZ cameras that automatically scan the relevant areas, with the results viewed from a large 50-inch monitor in the office and on smartphones out of hours. We used Hikvision equipment on this one.

Intercom installation in Solihull

We met the owner of Lockley Homes – Tom Lockley – after one of our clients recommended us to him. After installing a CCTV and intruder alarm system for his own home, he was so impressed with our knowledge and workmanship he since instructed us on multiple projects.

These have included the installation of a high-tech touch screen tablet intercom system with access control on the main entrance door for 6 flats in Solihull, a 12-apartment complex in Droitwich, residential intercoms on gated homes, and multiple residential and commercial CCTV projects, including CCTV monitoring of live projects.
